Relaxly is an online accommodation marketplace that connects students and tenants with hostel owners, property managers, and accommodation providers.

Relaxly facilitates bookings but does not own, manage, or operate the hostels listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts.

5. Student Verification

  • Permanent platform ban

6. Hostel Owner Responsibilities

Hostel owners must:

  • Provide accurate hostel information
  • Maintain truthful room availability
  • Accurately represent room conditions
  • Honor confirmed bookings
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Owners are solely responsible for their properties and services.

7. Booking Process

A booking becomes confirmed only when:

  1. The student completes payment requirements.
  2. The hostel owner approves the booking.
  3. Relaxly records the reservation successfully.

Relaxly reserves the right to cancel bookings affected by:

  • Fraud
  • Technical errors
  • Duplicate reservations
  • Policy violations

8. Room Allocation and Check-In

Hostel owners may assign:

  • Room Numbers
  • Bed Spaces
  • Occupancy Positions

Room assignments may be updated when necessary for operational reasons.

Students must comply with hostel check-in procedures.

9. Payments

Users agree that:

  • All payments are final unless covered by the Refund Policy.
  • Relaxly may charge platform service fees.
  • Payment processing is handled through approved payment providers.

Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests are governed by Relaxly's Refund Policy.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • Actions of hostel owners
  • Actions of students
  • Personal injury
  • Theft or property loss
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid through the affected booking.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

Relaxly may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Policy violations
  • False information
  • Security threats
  • Abuse of the platform

Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

18. Changes to These Terms

Relaxly may update these Terms periodically.
